Recently, the Playscheme team took part in the first ever Micklegate Soapbox Challenge in our historic home city of York. As well as great fun for everyone in the company, we were also racing to raise money for Safe and Sound Homes, a charity really close to our hearts. SASH helps homeless 16-25 year olds in York, North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire, and is also our chosen charity throughout 2016.

In May 2014 it was exciting to learn that Sport England had released funding for a project called 'Primary Spaces' and were looking for contractors to design, manufacture and install brand new play spaces for schools across England. We were very keen to get involved and are proud to say that we were successful in winning many of our designs submitted through the tender process.
