The Playscheme School range is intended to promote both physical development and creative development across keystages and age groups. 

For early years pupils we typically recommend low free fall heights with an emphasis on roleplay and imaginative play. Whilst items such as our play train, carriage and tender offer prescriptive roleplay we also install play towers and play huts designed to create play spaces which are intended to stimulate the children's ideas.

Physical development is encouraged through the use of varying routes onto, off and across our equipment. These include scramble nets, ramps, tunnels, slides, various bridges, and firemen's poles on our tower systems. Other equipment such as our junior adventure trail provides varying difficulty in traversing the whole equipment arrangement. 

Whether the emphasis is on creative or physical development Playscheme can offer equipment that is suitable for installation on tarmac, grass or safety surface in compliance with BS EN 1176 and BS EN 1177 standards. 

At Playscheme we offer an extensive range of seating specifically developed for installation in schools. Our school seating range offers seating solutions for almost any space, with varying sizes and styles to meet budget restrictions.

Our design team, through experience, is adept at utilising available space, natural and man-made cover to create seating areas to meet specific needs.

Seating plans can be developed to promote social interaction between children with various facing seat configurations. Alternatively quiet areas can be created with strategic seat planning which can also be used as an outdoor classroom. Where possible we also like to provide areas of shaded seating, preferably natural, in response to current child skincare concerns.

In addition to our school range we also recommend our nature boards for schools with appropiate areas. We currently produce three types which can be supplied individually. The boards are UV protected, designed to promote recognition and awareness of trees, insects and birds and are ideal for school wildlife areas.
