Playscheme are proud to be involved with the new the new Dunnington Play area which is set to have it’s grand opening on Friday 23rd July. Playscheme won the tender to provide the new facilities and is rapidly finishing the installation ready for the launch.
The new equipment includes a zip line, large rope swing, timber climbing area and “birds’ nest basket” climbing pole. There will also be a new tarmac path way and picnic table.
Jo Wadsworth, design manager at Playscheme said; “we’re delighted to have been able to help Peter and his team create the exciting and challenging new play area, and we hope the children thoroughly enjoy using it. The launch event should be great fun and we’re all looking forward to seeing it in action”.
